New Jersey Proper reviewed qualifying residential sold-property records reported by NJMLS with sold dates from January 1, 2024 through October 5, 2025, then sorted those transactions by final sale price.

This is an NJMLS-based market report rather than a claim about every residential transfer completed anywhere in New Jersey.
