About Alex Yllanes

Professional New Jersey Realtor® Associate, Alex Yllanes has been helping local homeowners with their mortgage financing, home selling, and home buying process for many years. His specialties include successfully helping homeowners whose listings expired, for sale by owners (FSBO) listings, short sale negotiations, buyer sales, investment real estate, single-family homes, townhomes, and condos.

 

Being a lifelong NJ resident, experienced REALTOR, property owner, and investor himself, Alex has a deep-rooted understanding of the NJ market; but most importantly, Alex always has his client's best interest in mind and by set realistic goals Alex is able to not just list your home but ultimately sell your home.

 

Alex is best known for his proactive approach to sales and his undeniable ability to get the job done. He has served in the U.S. Army national guard and currently serves in the united states air force reserve. He has 5 years of mortgage banking experience and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Montclair State University.
