Jason Pierce represented us in the sale of our home in Paramus, NJ. We had previously contemplated downsizing and ended up listing our home a year ago with another agent. We had some activity but it didn't seem meaningful so decided to delist after about a month on the market. We had been thinking about putting our house up for sale again and were waiting for the springtime for the weather to turn thinking it would be a better market than the wintertime. Jason Pierce represented us in the sale of our home in Paramus, NJ. We had previously contemplated downsizing and ended up listing our home a year ago with another agent. We had some activity but it didn't seem meaningful so decided to delist after about a month on the market. We had been thinking about putting our house up for sale again and were waiting for the springtime for the weather to turn thinking it would be a better market than the wintertime. Coincidentally, we came across his marketing material in the mail (I had already heard of Jason and had seen some of his listings with their very well-put-together videos and I thought I would reach out). He came to visit and took a look at the home. He knew immediately after doing a walk-through what to price the house for. I was a bit skeptical because it was $30k more than what our previous agent had listed, and given the lack of success with the prior listing thought it might be risky to go higher. But, I decided to trust him and his experience. With a young one at home, we were concerned with having multiple days of showings and foot traffic coming in and out of the house given the current environment with COVID. Jason came up with a game plan, put together a professional listing package including photos and an amazing video, and set up and organized a highly effective strategy. We were able to keep our concerns with COVID down and get all potential buyers in for showings by appointment in one day. He was prepared with all of the necessary protocols to keep things safe. Jason's strategy was very successful - after that one day, he came back to us and presented us with multiple offers above the list price. We were able to sell the home for $50k above our previous listing price a year earlier. Suffice it to say we were extremely happy. Jason knows the market and he has a strategy. He is the consummate professional and it was a pleasure working with him. Given his knowledge of the area and the positive experience we had working with him, we are actually working with his team in buying our next home as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the Paramus area.

No traditional open houses for buyers or agents. Three specific time blocks each week for showings Unless there was a special request, the house would not be shown any other times. He would be read at each and every show. A clearly defined avatar of the ideal buyer. FYI. He described the ideal buyer perfectly because that's exactly who purchased the house. Jason has an inside team that supports all his efforts which leaves him free to concentrate on marketing and selling.
