My expertise is in precise pricing strategy, valuation accuracy, and transaction execution at the highest level of the market. I work directly on New Jersey Proper’s most important and complex transactions, providing an additional layer of scrutiny and strategic insight on every major decision.

I was directly involved in the highest residential sale on NJMLS in 2025 and the highest residential sale in New Jersey in 2024, leading valuation strategy, deal structure, and execution. These transactions require exact pricing discipline, deep market knowledge, and the ability to assess buyer behavior at the very top of the market.
