"After pulling our house out of the market due to unsuccessful results, my husband and I decided to do our research on picking another real estate agent who would really showcase what our house had to offer.We came across one of Jason’s house tour videos o… n the internet and were really impressed. We called up Jason and entrusted him with the task of selling our house. Needless to say, our house didn’t even last a month in the market and sold over asking.First off, Jason’s video of my house tour was superb. From the angles he filmed my house to the music he chose; it detailed all the features and highlighted all the aesthetics in the house. Richard’s strategic marketing skills assisted in getting us multiple over-asking offers. "Jason Pierce represented us in the sale of our home in Paramus, NJ. We had previously contemplated downsizing and ended up listing our home a year ago with another agent. We had some activity but it didn't seem meaningful so decided to delist after about… a month on the market. We had been thinking about putting our house up for sale again and were waiting for the spring time for the weather to turn thinking it would be a better market than the winter time. Coincidentally, we came across his marketing material in the mail (I had already heard of Jason and had seen some of his listings with their very well put together videos and I thought I would reach out). He came to visit and took a look at the home. He knew immediately after doing a walk through what to price the house for. I was a bit skeptical because it was $30k more than what our previous agent had listed, and given the lack of success with the prior listing thought it might be risky to go higher. But, I decided to trust him and his experience. With a young one at home, we were concerned with having multiple days of showings and foot traffic coming in and out of the house given the current environment with COVID. Jason came up with a game plan, put together a professional listing package including photos and an amazing video and set up and organized a highly effective strategy. We were able to keep our concerns with COVID down and get all potential buyers in for showings by appointment in one day. He was prepared with all of the necessary protocol to keep things safe. Jason's strategy was very successful - after that one day he came back to us and presented us with multiple offers above list price. We were able to sell the home for $50k above our previous listing price a year earlier. Suffice to say we were extremely happy. Jason knows the market and he has a strategy. He is the consummate professional and it was a pleasure working with him. Given his knowledge of the area and the positive experience we had working with him, we are actually working with his team in buying our next home as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the Paramus area!"

"Jason Pierce marketed and sold our home in Ridgewood the first day for the full asking price. AND it was Christmas Eve ever!After our listing expired, Jason Pierce was the first agent to reach out to us. We were exhausted from the previous six months of … traditional and ineffective marketing efforts that produced no offers. We felt the house was not being marketed properly and were frustrated by the passive sales and marketing techniques most realtors employed. It seemed not much had changed since we purchased the house 25 years earlier.Dozens of Agents called us that month but Jason was the only one we agreed to meet with. He reached out to us every week without being aggressive. He was enthusiastic, diligent and had new ideas that he wanted to share and we wanted to hear.At that first meeting, he impressed us not only with his market expertise but also with his preparedness. Three specific time blocks each week for showings Unless there was a special request, the house would not be shown any other times.He would be read at each and every show.A clearly defined avatar of the ideal buyer. FYI. He described the ideal buyer perfectly because that's exactly who purchased the house.Jason has an inside team that supports all his efforts which leaves him free to concentrate on marketing and selling.He is extremely responsive and is willing to do whatever's needed to ensure a great experience (including helping move boxes from the basement on the morning of the closing.)The entire process went smoothly and the goodwill and cooperation among the buyers, us and the agents being the icing on the cake.A job well done.
